SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through the TalkCases online store.
Processing Times
All of our products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days. Once fulfilled, they are shipped by one of our Printify production partners.
Please note: Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on the destination and the print provider’s location. Estimated shipping times are:

United States: 4–9 business days

Canada: 5–10 business days

Europe: 5–11 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 5–12 business days

Rest of World: 7–15 business days
Delivery estimates do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to holidays, customs processing, weather events, or carrier issues. We are not liable for delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping provider.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on region and product type. Free shipping promotions may apply at times and will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Tracking Information
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
Incorrect Addresses
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately at talkcases.brand@gmail.com. We can make changes only before the order is sent to production. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us at talkcases.brand@gmail.com with your order number. We will coordinate with the production partner to investigate the issue.
